I need to contact this perpetrator: she is hitting areas which are considered to potentially cause long term physical damage. This is unacceptable behaviour, and it will be my good fortune to assess whether I should look to claim punitive damages on behalf of a client. Contracts signed do not absolve liabily, since the recipient could not know the inadequacy of the perpetrator.
This was just common assault, executed very badly from a physical perspective. Many of the strokes were admiinistered on areas liable to cause significant long term physical problems, and potential mental issues. Punitive damages could be awarded if the case came to court.
